 KDUVfm has been in existence for more than 18 years and has experienced tremendous growth. Its operations began in three offices with just over 900 square feet of space. While it was adequate for our broadcasts at that time, our needs have continuously increased. Today, KDUVfm has approximately 3,000 square feet of office space and 2,000 square feet of warehouse space. Even with this, it will require more in the future.
KDUVfm is now in the escrow process to purchase property to build on. The management is anticipating enough room to build 7,500 square feet of productive office space and a garage facility for four vehicles and some storage. The finances have been raised to purchase the land and design the building. We have begun raising funds to build at an estimated cost of $100 per square foot.
