Danna Gamboa is Shannon Steele's Compassion Kid of the Week...

Danna is 6 years old and lives with her mother in Colombia. She is responsible for running errands and helping her mom clean. Danna loves playing group games like hide and seek and playing with dolls.

Samson lives in the coastal community of Barrio Rockefeller, home to about 30,000 people. Typical houses are constructed of wood and have corrugated iron roofs. Most adults in Barrio Rockefeller are unemployed but some work as laborers and earn the equivalent of $90 per month. This community has electricity but needs a sewer system, employment opportunities and improved housing.

Your sponsorship allows the staff of CDI Pan de Vida to provide Danna with Bible teaching, nutritious food, sports, parasite treatment, medical checkups and academic support.
